Annual SKATE-A-THON Fundraising Event

What is a Skate-A-Thon?
This is a fun event where skaters pledge to complete a certain number (Goal) of laps. There are fun games and different skills show off throughout the skate. For example: backwards skating, one foot, jumping lines, waltz-jump in the end zones.
The Theme
The theme this year is 80’s, dress up in the retro style and come to the party! Parents are welcome to join the skaters on the ice (helmets are required as per regulation). We have special guests to join us too!
Skater Account: fundraise for the club and for your family!
Each skater is required to bring in a minimum of $50.00 in pledges. 30% of the pledged amount exceeding $50 goes into your SKATER ACCOUNT as a credit. This Skater Account credit can be used toward any items that are billed through the Cranbrook Skating Club, including next year's skating fees. For example: if the total pledge amount is $100, then 30% x (100-50)=$15. $15 is your Skater Account credit to use, can not be cashed out and it is transferable to other skaters. Bring your pledge form to the Skate-a-thon on Mar 13th, hand in cash, cheque, or E-transfer at the front table.
Prizes
There are four $25 gift cards as door prizes for all participating skaters. There is one grand prize for our top pledge skaters. Skaters who exceed $250 in pledges will be entered to win the top prize.

If you miss participating in the Skate-a-Thon event, an invoice for $50 per skater will be sent to you by email as your contribution to this fundraiser. ***
