Our Story Since 1953
The Cranbrook Skating Club is located in Cranbrook, BC a nonprofit organization that has been in operation since 1953. In that time we have had the pleasure of introducing many people, young and old, to the sport of skating. Whether you are interested in figure skating, hockey or simply want to learn to skate for fun, we have programs to help you improve your skating and reach your goals.
The club is a Skate Canada member club, which means that when you register for one of our programs, you automatically become a member of Skate Canada, the Canadian governing body of figure skating.
A team of Skate Canada certified coaches instruct our skaters in a positive environment. Through their guidance, our skaters learn a variety of life skills, including goal setting, planning, focus, self-discipline, teamwork, and time management.
